The Walrus Audio Canvas Mono is a highly practical tool for both stage and studio applications. This compact device combines a passive DI box and line isolator, converting unbalanced signals into a high-quality balanced signal with the help of specially designed custom transformers. With extremely low harmonic distortion, it ensures clear, professional-grade sound when used with mixing consoles or audio interfaces. The Walrus Audio Canvas offers two switchable modes. Direct Injection mode converts the output signal from electric guitars or basses with high impedance, while Line Isolator mode handles low-impedance signals from devices such as amp and cab simulators. Additionally, the Canvas Mono includes a pad switch for a 15 dB reduction and a ground lift switch for enhanced flexibility and noise reduction.
