The product was exactly as required but the packaging was athe size of a small suitcase for something that would fit in a matchbox, more thought on packaging required.
On replacing strings (d string ) the machine head stopped tightening the string - on investigation , the screw that fixes the gear wheel to the shaft had sheared - I suspect metal fatigue ! The guitar is quite old and has seen significant use ! Replacement fitted easily in 5 minutes - thanks 😈
