The Yamaha DTX6K5-M E-Drum Set impresses with its functional module, excellent workmanship and three-zone snare pad. The Yamaha sound module contains 712 sounds in 40 kits, with an additional 200 User kits available. You can load your own WAV samples into the module, namely 760 seconds mono and 380 seconds stereo. Another special feature is the kit modifier concept, which is a concept of sound shaping with AMBIENCE, COMPRESSION and EFFECT in the form of three easy-to-use rotary knobs. In addition to a wide range of effects for each channel, there are various coaching modes, a recording function and a professional metronome. 10 trigger inputs allow the connection of up to 14 pads (with Y-cable). The Yamaha DTX6K5-M E-Drum Set comes with the 2-zone XP120L-M with Remo mesh heads, the Toms have a 10" diameter and are also equipped with mesh heads, which impress with excellent rebound. In addition to the sturdy RS6 rack and the KP90 kick pad, the Yamaha DTX6K5-M E-Drum Set also includes two 13" cymbal pads (crash) and a PCY155 ride cymbal with three zones.

The included Yamaha DTX Pro module convinces with professional possibilities and offers perfect tuning to the needs of drummers as well as maximum performance. The module contains 712 sounds in 40 kits, plus the option of freely assigning 200 User kits. You can also load your own wav samples into the module, with 760 seconds (380 sec stereo) available. Up to 14 different pads (Y-cables) can be connected to the ten separate trigger inputs if required. The DTX drum module has an integrated recording function and a comprehensive metronome. The innovative kit modifier function includes three controls that can be used to individually adjust the room and effects for each channel. In addition to Aux-In, there is a Master Output (L/MONO+R), USB to host/device, MidiOut and a headphone connection. The full Dot LCD Display ensures intuitive operation.
Innovative possibilities with the Yamaha DTX6 module
The DTX-PRO module is compatible with the iOS/Android app Rec'n'Share, which makes it possible to play along with playalongs and tracks and thus efficiently supports practicing. With the Yamaha E-Drum app, you can easily change the tempo of the accompaniment track, add a click track or loop individual passages. The Rec'n'Share app is also able to record your own playing as an audio file or in combination with video. Videos, including the audio mix, can then be edited and cut directly in the app and the result can then be published via social media.
With DTX Touch, the electronic drum kit can be set up as if you were tuning an acoustic drum kit. The intuitive user interface with numerous graphics and curves makes operation extremely easy for everyone.
