The successor to the successful P-515 has been improved in all key areas: the already highly acclaimed NWX wooden keyboard has been replaced by the "GrandTouch-S" keyboard, which further intensifies the playing experience. The speaker output and the quality of other sounds such as organs and electric pianos have also been improved. Thanks to its low weight of 22 kg, it is also ideal as a stage piano and, last but not least, the registration memory function makes the instrument suitable for live performances.
GrandTouch-S keyboard - a realistic playing feel
Yamaha's successful keyboard has been borrowed from the Clavinova models to give the P Series the exquisiteness normally only found on much more expensive models. The white keys are made of solid wood, which not only reproduces the subtle differences in velocity, but also responds to velocity and touch position.
