These strings are absolutly amazing, they sound great, last longer and feel better.

You pay a little extra, than for normal strings, but it is totaly worth it. It sounds crisp and clear for mutch longer.

I like the thicker low E string, so I can do all the light bendings at the higher strings, and al the heavy riffs on the thicker E string. It will do drop-D (and I have even tried drop-C) just fine!

playing the guitar since 1984 I have used so many brands and types of strings.
But since a friend introduced Elixir-strings about 7 years ago I never used anything else.
Well worth every cent. Stay in tune very well, sound is superb and this remains for so long while others would have lost a lot of that.
Also really ideal if you own several guitars and dont get to play them all regularly. These strings last for such a long time while others would have rusted away without even being played on.

Heeft toch in in de “C” stand een vettere sound met meer ballen geluid.
Voor het soort muziek ( blues en bluesrock) is dit eenngoede keus voor mij.

Fantastische set snaren voor een mooie prijs. Mooie combi van een 09 en een 010 set.
Erg goed geluid en bespeelbaarheid. Heel fijn is dat de snaren erg lang meegaan en niet zo snel dof of dood klinken. Elixir is het standaard merk voor al mijn electrische gitaren !!!
