The Fill Book is a basic guide to inspire and enable you to develop your own fills on the drumset. In clear steps, universally applicable rhythmic concepts in different degrees of difficulty are presented, orchestration ideas, phrasing possibilities as well as dynamic and accentuation exercises are shown.

The book comes with an MP3 CD, for which many fills were recorded at slow tempos. In addition, there are twenty videos online showing all the fills for which it is helpful to see the motion sequence.

Jost Nickel, drummer at Jan Delay & Disko No. 1 since 2006, presents the Jost Nickel Fill Book, his second textbook for drummers.
