With a powerful DSP and sophisticated effects algorithms, the multi-effects unit for singers delivers convincing studio-quality effects, including reverb, delay, modulation and distortion. When used in conjunction with an acoustic or electric guitar, the VE-500 also generates top-notch pitch correction or harmony effects that perfectly match the chords being played. A highlight for creative minds is furthermore the vocoder effect. While once found settings can be preserved on one of 99 memory locations, the integrated looper helps with creative solo shows. With stereo outputs in XLR format, MIDI, USB and a jack for optionally available expression pedals or foot switches, the most important connections for stage and Studio complete the VE-500 Vocal Performer from Boss.
