DW Collector’s Pure Almond Snare 14"x6,5"

The DW Collector's Pure Almond Snare in 14"x6.5" is made of almond wood and comes with Remo heads and chrome hardware. The lacquered Toasted Almond finish underlines the natural grain of the wood. Almond wood is very hard, which gives the shell a deep base note and a clear attack. The wood for DW's Almond Shells comes from old almond trees that no longer yield. John Good, DW Mastermind and Executive Drum Designer says: "We gave them new life and created a thing of beauty. Play these drums, it will move you." Of course, the classic DW True Pitch rods with a fine thread are also used. The True Hoops made of steel focus the sound appropriately and at the same time give it enough space to unfold. The entire hardware is in chrome, which blends perfectly with the spectacular Toasted Almond to Natural Burst finish. Drum Workshop Pure Almond drums are limited to 50 sets and 50 snares every year!
