As a luxury model of the popular semi-hollow design, the Duesenberg Starplayer TV Deluxe Catalina Green Burst offers first-class sounds and professional hardware. This semi-hollow electric guitar features a body crafted from laminated curly maple and spruce, which, thanks to its centre block, handles even higher gain settings with ease. The one-piece maple neck with a Medium-D profile and a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard, meanwhile, delivers that classic Duesenberg feel. The Deluxe version of the Starplayer is fitted with two Duesenberg Grand Vintage humbuckers. These two humbuckers deliver assertive tones with an unmistakable vintage character and, thanks to classic wiring with a 3-way switch, master volume and master tone controls, skilfully reproduce the classic sounds between the neck and bridge positions. Naturally, the Duesenberg Starplayer TV Deluxe relies exclusively on in-house hardware solutions: the combination of the Duesenberg Steel Saddle Bridge and Radiator Tremolo allows for precise vibrato effects, whilst the Duesenberg Z-Tuners on the headstock ensure absolute tuning stability.
