The Starplayer TV Duo-Tone features a carefully crafted semi-hollow body, using a laminated spruce top and laminated curly maple back and sides – a time-tested tonewood combination known for its resonant, articulate sound. A stylish F-hole adorns the top, enhancing the guitar’s natural acoustic projection and giving it a traditional archtop aesthetic. The arched construction of both the top and back contributes to increased resonance and tonal depth, while a center block inside the body offers essential feedback resistance, making this guitar equally at home in high-gain environments and live performance settings.

The guitar’s tonal versatility is anchored by a pair of Duesenberg-designed pickups. At the bridge, the GrandVintage Humbucker delivers a full range of classic tones—from vintage P.A.F. warmth to modern crunch – with excellent clarity and dynamic response. In the neck position, the Domino P-90 single coil offers a clear, vocal character, perfect for lush clean tones, articulate chords, and soulful lead work.
