High playability and careful tonewood selection
Built by experienced luthiers in Europe, the Fame Forum IV Limited 25 stands out for its meticulous tonewood selection and flawless workmanship. The body is crafted from khaya mahogany and topped with curly maple whose unique grain is highlighted by the high gloss finish. A key feature is the sharply contoured curvature of the top with a recessed cutaway that ensures unhindered playability in every position. The sapele mahogany neck sits perfectly in the hand thanks to the well proportioned D profile, making every note on the ebony fingerboard feel effortless.
With two Seymour Duncan humbuckers and a piezo pickup system in the bridge, the Fame Forum IV Limited 25 delivers versatile sounds.
Seymour Duncan humbucker and coil split
With its versatile pickup configuration, the Fame Forum IV offers exceptional sound flexibility. A Seymour Duncan SH-4 JB at the bridge and a Seymour Duncan SH-2n Jazz at the neck form a proven humbucker pairing that delivers the right sound for genres ranging from blues and pop to rock and even metal. The bridge pickup impresses with high output and assertive, focused mids, while the neck pickup provides endless sustain and a warm vintage character. The coil split circuit also enables authentic single coil tones with the typical bell like clarity.
The push/pull volume control activates the piezo pickup, while the mini-switch allows the humbuckers to be split.
GraphTech Ghost piezo pickup system
Beyond the magnetic pickups, the Fame Forum IV Limited 25 features a GraphTech Ghost piezo pickup system integrated into the bridge and supported by an active preamp. Activated by pulling the front volume control, this system produces convincing acoustic guitar sounds with sparkling highs and the characteristic attack of an acoustic instrument. The piezo volume can be adjusted via the rear potentiometer, making it possible to blend it seamlessly with the magnetic Seymour Duncan pickups.
The Fame Forum IV Limited 25 has a body made of Khaya mahogany, while the glued neck is made of Sapelli mahogany.

Excerpt: Otherwise, perfection down to the last detail. The unlacquered satin surfaces convey an extremely pleasant feel, the ergonomics a high level of playing comfort. Schaller hardware, Seymour Duncan pickups and GraphTech Ghost Piezo Bridge with corresponding Preamp - that's how you score plus points. Last but not least, the sound of both guitars is absolutely convincing and, thanks to their very good resonance characteristics, excellent dynamics and stable Sustain, they can also be used for a wide range of different musical genres.
