Ash Body & Rift Sawn Maple Neck

The traditional slab body of the Fender Limited Edition '51 Nocaster is built of lightweight ash wood and thanks to authentically implemented Super Heavy Relic Treatment grants a unique, strong grain pattern on front and back of the body. The high-quality Rift Sawn Maple neck is connected to this via the Fender-typical four-way screw connection, which evokes classic playing characteristics of the Early Fifties with its powerful 1950 Blackguard profile. This also includes the 21-fret fretboard fretting in medium vintage format.

Hand-Wound '50 - '51 Blackguard Single Coils

In order to match the sound of the original, the Fender '51 Nocaster Super Heavy Relic Nocaster Blonde is equipped with two Custom Shop Hand-Wound '50 - '51 Blackguard Single Coils. The two pickups are the result of meticulous analysis of original pickups by the Fender Custom store and rely on traditional specifications, original materials and a hand winding carried out in the Custom store. Both pickups are connected via the classic Nocaster wiring with a master volume and additional blend control.

Authentic Hardware with aging treatment.
