Prewired pickguard for Stratocaster with three Fender Tex Mex Single Coils
The Fender Pre-Wired Strat Pickguard Tex Mex adds extra Output and classic Texas blues tones to any Strat in an instant. Equipped with Alnico V Pole Pieces, the Tex Mex Single Coils feature crystal-clear treble response with a distinctive warm voice and are wonderfully suited for hotter sounds of Blues rock and wide-ranging cleans. Especially in the bridge position, additional windings provide a penetrating sound, while the reverse-polarized and wound middle pickup in the intermediate positions 2 and 4 avoids unwanted noise.

I was upgrading from a set of single coils with regular (non rwrp) middle pickup. This set is priced competitively, and being prewired it saved me some time (even though I am no stranger to using a solder gun). Quality components. Solid sound with more beef vs vintage singles.
