Staying true to historical specs, Gibson crafts this guitar with a one-piece mahogany body, curly maple top, and a mahogany neck featuring a long neck tenon. Using hide glue and a thin nitro finish ensures open sound development and long sustain. The moderately shaped "Authentic ’59 Medium C" neck profile and the classic 12" radius rosewood fingerboard further enhance comfortable playability. At the amp, two Gibson Custombuckers deliver the signature PAF tone, with a singing midrange and lively dynamics – perfect for classic blues and rock licks and riffs.
