The Gretsch G5700 Electromatic Lap Steel Broadway Jade evokes the distinctive sounds of the Hawaiian guitar and proves to be a highly versatile blues, country and western swing instrument. The six-string lap-played instrument features a slim mahogany body for superior playability and a 28-fret plastic fingerboard that provides the ideal overview of all positions with its triangles, circles, squares and diamonds decorated Inlays. For sound conversion, a Gretsch Single Coil is located just in front of the Chrome Bar Bridge, controlled in classic fashion by a Volume knob for volume control and a Tone knob for treble attenuation.
The Gretsch G5700 Electromatic Lap Steel Broadway Jade is the instrument of choice for authentic country, blues and western swing lap steel sounds.
