Versatile electric guitar with an elegant look and flexible electronics

The PRS SE Custom 24-08 Quilt in Teal Black combines an exceptional sound with a high-quality look, making it a real eye-catcher both in the rehearsal room and on stage. It is based on a mahogany body with a maple top. A cloud maple veneer, whose characteristic grain is particularly well accentuated under the transparent Finish, provides the elegant look. The glued-in maple neck has an ebony fingerboard with 24 frets and a radius of 10 inches, making the instrument comfortable to play and allowing both precise riffs and expressive lead parts to be played effortlessly. In terms of sound, the guitar relies on two TCI "S" humbuckers, which cover a broad spectrum from warm, vintage-inspired sounds to clearly defined trebles. The electronics are complemented by mini-switches for the coil tap function, which can be used to call up additional wiry single-coil sounds. The built-in nickel version of Hardware - consisting of PRS Tremolo and matching PRS tuners - ensures robust tuning and precise intonation.
