This guitar pickup is a high output Telecaster single coil that is overwound for big full chords with a defined high end. The Quarter Pound Tele produces a powerful midrange that cuts through any mix without sounding bright or brash. The STR-3 uses hand ground alnico V rod magnets with a traditional deep drawn chrome plated Telecaster cover. It is wax potted for a squeal free performance.
