The Orion 32+ Gen 4 can stream twice as many channels via Thunderbolt™ as its predecessor and also offers twice as many MADI connections – now with 128 channels for both. Thanks to these upgrades, up to four units can be daisy-chained, enabling 128 AD/DA channels via a single computer connection. This makes the unit ideal for large-scale recordings, live sound, complex post-production set-ups and broadcast studios. It pairs perfectly with large mixing desks, hardware effects processors and much more.
The Orion 32+ Gen 4 is compatible with the latest Antelope Audio Atmos-ready surround and immersive audio monitor system, which supports over 23 audio formats. The integrated system offers precise tools for speaker and room calibration. The intuitive monitoring system and quick preset recall function boost productivity. An optional Antelope MRC hardware controller adds convenient controls to the system.
The Orion 32+ Gen 4 impresses not only with its modern design and improved hardware, but also with a redesigned software control panel for a smoother workflow. A handy monitoring widget allows for quick adjustment of output levels and presets. The unit’s signal routing matrix is now fully customisable to simplify patching.
The Orion 32+ Gen 4 offers a wide range of connection options and can be easily integrated into various studio set-ups, whether Thunderbolt or USB-based. It is compatible with Windows and macOS and, thanks to additional options such as the ADAT connection, is highly versatile.
