MiniBrute 2S Performance Sequencer

The MiniBrute 2S offers the same sonic potential as the MiniBrute 2, but replaces the classic keyboard interface with a powerful and intuitive pad sequencer. The MiniBrute 2S allows you to record up to 64 melodic steps in its main sequencer. Two additional sequencer tracks can be programmed in parallel, onto which synthesis parameters can be recorded in real time during a performance. The sequencer’s incredibly straightforward workflow is modelled on Arturia’s award-winning KeyStep controller. The MiniBrute 2S is therefore ideal as a creative sequencing hub for Eurorack modules. Thanks to its modular patchbay, the MiniBrute 2S’s dozens of modulation sources and destinations can be seamlessly integrated into modular systems.

New features of the MiniBrute 2S

The expressive power of the now iconic MiniBrute oscillators has been enhanced in the MiniBrute 2S by the addition of a second oscillator. A Steiner-Parker filter delivers the ACID sound, and the chaos-inducing Brute Factor – highly praised by many fans – is also on board to create the unmistakable MiniBrute 2S character. But it’s not just the synthesis engine that’s been upgraded; the modulation options have been expanded too: A second VCO, a second LFO, expanded filter modulation options and a brand-new AD envelope with a loop function. These features are ideal for assertive sequences with cutting lead sounds, as well as for creating soft pad sounds and purring basslines.

Arturia Link – EcoSystem

With Arturia Link, you can create an easily transportable and robust EcoSystem by combining the MiniBrute 2S with a single-row RackBrute 3U or a double-row RackBrute 6U Eurorack enclosure. The MiniBrute 2S is connected to the RackBrute enclosure via a special profile, forming a single unit. During transport, the internal modules of your EcoSystem are well protected thanks to high-quality and robust construction. A separately available carry bag completes the EcoSystem range.
