DW Design Floortom 18"x16", Tobacco Burst

The DW Design Floor Tom 18"x16" Tobacco Burst is the perfect floor tom for drum kits from DW’s Design Series. It consists of eight plies of North American maple, glued using the HVLT process. This robust maple shell delivers a powerful, warm sound. Mini-Turret tension lugs minimise unnecessary mass on the shell and accommodate the True Pitch tension screws. Their fine threading allows for more precise tuning thanks to finer increments. Triple-flanged steel hoops hold the original Remo USA heads in place on the precisely milled 45° shell bevels. To ensure the best possible head contact, these have also been fitted with a rounded counter-cut.
