HK Audio PR:O 115 FD2 active speaker

With the new D2 models, HK Audio presents the next evolution of its tried-and-tested PREMIUM PR:O D series. The completely redesigned look, featuring a robust metal front grille, not only enhances the visual appeal of these successful models but also provides the speakers with the necessary protection during use. The new MultiGrip handles make handling easier in any situation and also enable professional rigging using the familiar HK Audio flying brackets. The next-generation PREMIUM PR:O D2 also relies on the tried-and-tested DSP electronics with advanced FIR filtering, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly operation. The characteristic, distortion-free sound of the PREMIUM PR:O series really comes into its own when reproducing vocals in live settings, resulting in less listener fatigue and ensuring the audience remains engaged and enthusiastic for longer.

Flexible all-rounders

The new PREMIUM PR:O D2 series comprises five DSP-controlled full-range and multi-purpose loudspeakers, as well as the two subwoofers, the PR:O 210 Sub D2 and the PR:O 118 Sub D2. Based on a ‘modular design’, the speakers can be flexibly combined to meet a wide range of requirements – from stand-alone setups to 2.1 and monitor configurations, right through to full-stack applications. Thanks to these combination options, the PREMIUM PR:O is also suitable for a wide range of installations where excellent speech intelligibility and transparent sound reproduction are required.

HK Audio PR:O 115 FD2

Compared to the PR:O 112 D2, this speaker offers enhanced low-mid and bass reproduction thanks to its 15″ driver, making it particularly suitable for stand-alone use without an additional subwoofer. The integrated DSP-based power electronics, delivering 1,200 watts, make the PR:O 115 FD2 a powerful sound reinforcement solution. The built-in MultiGrips allow for safe and convenient handling, and fitting the TB-45N or TB-45NQ flying brackets to them makes professional rigging a breeze.
