With the Ibanez Standard AZ24S2-MLB Metallic Light Blue, Ibanez is expanding its successful AZ series with a Standard Series model that bridges the gap between the high-quality AZ Prestige and AZ Essentials guitars. The ergonomic design features a solid alder body, providing the classic fundamental character of numerous ST-style instruments. For maximum playing comfort, the body features a generous tummy cut and the flat Ibanez Super All Access neck joint, which allows effortless access to the higher frets of the roasted maple AZ neck. In terms of tone, the guitar impresses with its flexible dyna-MIX10 circuitry, whose ‘Alter’ switch unlocks additional pickup combinations. This allows the two Ibanez Classic Custom humbuckers to deliver a particularly versatile range of sounds.
