The Meinl FX20 Effects Pedal is a handy pedal for playing percussion sounds with your foot. Ten different samples are available as standard, plus a further ten samples that users can programme themselves. The relevant SD card is included for importing these samples. You can easily switch between the two sample lists using an A/B switch. You can switch back and forth between individual samples using two footswitches. The sound can be output in either mono or stereo via two 6.3mm jack outputs and precisely adjusted using a volume control. A headphone output with a 3.5mm jack is also included. The pedal itself is spring-loaded and, together with the precise trigger, provides a comfortable playing feel with a slight rebound. The casing is made of sturdy ABS, with a metal plate on the underside to add weight. This ensures the FX20 stays in place even whilst in use.
