The Monzani MZEP-1170L is a Bb baritone that boasts an even fuller and rounder sound than its sister models. The design has also been revamped and now boasts a fresh new look. The larger bore of the MZEP-1170L is key to its full sound. The larger bell produces a warm tone that fills the room beautifully. The valve mechanism operates smoothly and effortlessly, which is particularly helpful for beginners. The mouthpipe of the MZEP-1170L is made from durable nickel silver and promotes a direct response. The package includes a sturdy lightweight case with a carrying strap and a mouthpiece.

I use this instrument in a banda (marching band). It sounds loud and quite good. It is my first Bariton, I don't manage low G and notes below very well. I believe that I am the responsible for that part.
