High-quality materials
The material used in the YFL-517 transverse flute has undergone a special heat-treatment process, which has optimised the response and made the instrument respond much more directly. The nickel silver body harmonises perfectly with the headjoint made from 925 sterling silver. The tone is brilliant in the upper register and warm in the lower register.
High playing comfort
The keys on the Yamaha flute are fitted with a tip-cover mechanism. This ensures consistent key pressure and requires less effort when playing. The resulting Spielkomfort e is particularly noticeable when playing difficult, fast pieces.
Precise craftsmanship
The pads are made from high-quality material and cover the tone holes precisely. The ergonomically shaped keys are fitted and adjusted by hand to ensure a natural feel to the um.
