Paying homage to the late 1960s, the Fender Vintera III Late ’60s Stratocaster 3-Colour Sunburst offers the look, sound and feel of the era. To achieve this, Fender has relied on historically accurate specifications as part of the Vintera III Collection, such as an authentic Late ’60s C-shaped neck profile and a 21-fret rosewood fingerboard with a true-to-original 7.25-inch radius. In terms of tone, too, the Fender Vintera III Late ’60s Stratocaster remains true to the standards of the era with its three vintage-style Late ’60s single-coil pickups. To achieve this, the single-coil pickups were wound to the specifications of the time, in order to replicate the sound of the late 1960s as closely as possible.
