Acoustic guitar in NEX construction with cutaway and pickup system
Thanks to its clever construction, the Takamine GN75CE Wine Red produces a powerful and defined sound that can be reproduced through an in-house pickup system via an amplifier. At the same time, the acoustic guitar impresses with its easy playability and access to the entire fingerboard optimized by a cutaway. The Wine-Red finish emphasizes the multi-faceted grain of the tonewoods used and gives the guitar a very individual appearance.
Construction and woods
To create a clear and voluminous sound, the manufacturer uses a solid spruce top on a laminated body made of curly maple for the Nex construction. The round maple neck is equipped with a Laurel fingerboard, which has enough space to easily master complex fingering patterns.
Hardware and Design
Due to their millimetre-precise workmanship, the saddle and 42.5 mm wide nut ensure clean intonation over the entire scale length of 644 mm. At the same time, gold die-cast machine heads allow precise tuning of the 6 steel strings. The tuner integrated in the Preamp turns out to be especially helpful. The visual highlight of the is undoubtedly the black pickguard with a white grass flower print.
