The low B/C# combination, the high-quality octave mechanism and the hand-engraved bell are all derived from the 62 Professional Series. Furthermore, the YAS-480S can also be played with custom S-bows. This combination gives the instrument an even warmer tone. The Yamaha YAS-480S is suitable for both beginners and advanced players.

This saxophone is beautiful, the sound is smooth and mellow and I am delighted with it. Whilst delivery was delayed by European controls it actually arrived earlier than the amended predicted date. The packing was exceptional so it arrived in perfect condition. Any dealings I have had with dv247 have been prompt and helpful
