Der Pegasus besitzt einen Alnico 5 Magneten und spezielle Coils für eine tonale Balance bei moderatem Output. Komplexe Akkorde und Arpeggios sind damit gleichwertig abgestimmt.

Seymour Duncan Pegasus Trembucker BlackI wanted to have a clearer sound in drop C, than my previous SD TB-14 Custom 5 could give. Pegasus has a tighter low end, less saturation in mids and MUCH clearer highs, that allows to hear every note in chords even with a very distorted sound. It also does not fail with splitted coils like many other "heavy" pickups, probably because of alnico V, not ceramic magnets. It has paired perfectly with a SD SH-2 in neck, there is no noticable gap in their loudness.
Very nice humbucker, would buy this again.
