Mit den Sperzel Trim-Lok gehören instabile Tunings und mühsame Saitenwechsel der Vergangenheit an. Denn dank Backlocking-Funktion wird die Saite einfach etwas straffer aufgezogen und in der Stellachse festgeklemmt. Dementsprechend benötigt die Saite weniger Wicklungen auf der Achse und wird schneller stimmstabil.
Auf der Rückseite der Kopfplatte setzt die Trim-Lok Mechanik auf eine platzsparende Pin-Arretierung, wodurch auch engere Anordnungen auf kleinen Kopfplatten kein Problem darstellen.

While there are cheaper brands, none work as reliably or are as light. The one thing I would caution buyers about is being careful not to overtighten the mounting nut because it's possible to crack the aluminum threads (the nut is steel, the threads aluminum and obviously the steel will win every time ;-) ).
