Mit der Squier Vintage Modified Mustang erhält die beliebte Vintage Modified Serie das erste Mustang Modell. Die smarte E-Gitarre mit wendigen Korpusabmessungen und 24" Mensur eignet sich hervorragend für Einsteiger und Gitarristen mit kleineren Händen und bietet charakterstarke Sounds zweier Duncan Designed MU-102 Mustang Single Coil Pickups. Beide Tonabnehmer werden über die charakteristische Mustang-Schaltung mit separaten 3-Weg Schaltern bedient, welche die Pickups individuell an, aus oder in den Out-of-Phase Modus schalten. Für wahres Mustang-Feeling darf natürlich die berühmte Fender Floating Bridge mit Dynamic Vibrato Tailpiece nicht fehlen!

Pickups: Great sound!
Tremolo: A bit tricky to set up, but works as it should
Controls: Smooth operation, switches do not feel cheap
Factory setup: Decent, intonation and tremolo set-up were needed
Tuners: Vintage-style, unbranded, but they hold tuning well if tremolo is not abused
Finish: very good on the Fiesta red model, no paint flaws.
This guitar does not feel like a toy, despite the smaller body and short scale. It has a good weight to it.
I recommend this instrument!
I dreamed about Mustang. Not exactly Squier, but i wanted to try it out. Price was ideal so i got it as fast as it possible. In comparison "price/satisfaction", that second term should be wrote by uppercase letters. Scale is 24 but you dont feel any difference between 255 and this one. You dont even look for that because youre too busy by focusing on enjoying of play. Sound is similar to Fender but little bit thiner(?), brighter(?) twanger(?) I dont know how to call that. But its not defect of course. One small note. Neck little bit different than i thought. Its more like vintage than modern C. When i play i feel like i play on acoustic with thin neck. Its more like D than C but i needed used to that. Thats charm of this guitar. Sure recommend by me.
Nachdem ich die Bünde komplett abgerichtet, astrein verrundet, poliert, das Klappern der Bridge beseitigt und alles eingestellt habe sind Sound und Bespielbarkeit 1AAA (mit 009-042er Saitensatz). Direkt aus dem Karton nichts für Anfänger.
