With Program, Cre8audio presents a thoroughbred step sequencer for MIDI and CV/gate/trigger applications. The compact device offers 12 tracks, divided into 8 Drum tracks and 4 synth tracks.

The tracks can be output either via MIDI or CV/Gate respectively Trigger. The 8 Drum tracks can be connected to drum modules in a Eurorack case, drum synthesizers such as eg. Syncussion or BDS-3 or to a MIDI expander. The 4 synth tracks can be monophonic or polyphonic, whereby the first two tracks are also permanently assigned to the analog pitch/CV/gate outputs. All four tracks can be polyphonic via MIDI.

Programming is classic in the TR grid with chaser or in live mode with the large buttons. A total of 64 patterns can be stored, a pattern can have a length of up to 64 steps (4 bars), whereby an individual step length per instrument is also possible(polyrhythmics). If you prefer something more sophisticated, you can use one of the four algorithmic pattern generators and make use of features such as trigger probability, step randomizer and shuffle. The four synth tracks also have different tone scales, which lead to ad hoc musical results, especially in chord mode. For the sake of completeness, 32 songs can be saved.

If you prefer to use all the functions directly in the Eurorack system, simply remove the program from the housing and place it in a Eurorack housing, where the module takes up 40HP of space.
